Position Summary
We are looking for a part-time Shipping and Receiving Specialist to support our logistics operations. This position involves managing the complete shipping workflow, which includes order documentation, package labeling, and container packing. The ideal candidate should possess meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming and outgoing orders
  • Package and dispatch products to clients
  • Handle internal distribution of packages
  • Maintain organization within the stockroom
  • Prepare for the arrival of incoming shipments and ensure proper storage space
  • Keep records of shipped and received items
  • Generate and present shipping documentation
  • Address any discrepancies or issues with orders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide shipping estimates
  • Manage inventory of shipping materials
  • Identify cost-saving measures in shipping
  • Implement strategies to safeguard the company against lost or damaged shipments
  • Comply with all safety regulations and internal protocols
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in shipping and receiving or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

  • Solid knowledge of health and safety standards
