Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Services Coordinator to join our team. This multifaceted role offers an exciting work environment with new challenges and opportunities each day. As a key team member, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards that our clients have come to expect of RTC.

Essential Functions:
  • Ability to Manipulate and Analyze Client Data
  • Coordinate All Tasks Needed to Support Client Demands
  • Monitor Customer Deliverables and Resolve Problems Efficiently
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams to Address Complex Customer Issues
  • Assist in Monitoring Sales Performance Metrics
  • Perform Accurate and Efficient Data Entry Tasks
  • Maintain and Update ERP System Records
  • Oversee Daily Logistic Operations
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and experience in ERP systems. Proficiency in Excel and Word applications is required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload is essential.
