Your key responsibilities will include:
* Generating sales leads through prospecting tactics and working every lead from initial contact to sale
* Developing and implementing a Territory Plan to expand the customer base within your assigned territory
* Actively supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
* Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
* Meeting and exceeding performance standards as defined by the department Standards of Performance (SOP) and the Spectrum Way Sales Model
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing cycle model
* Business-to-business sales experience and a proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets
