Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
QPS Employment Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Madison, WI. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with target engineering accounts, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing the implementation of products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales, business, or account management experience
  • Experience within architecture or utility industries
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of sales processes and procedures
