Commercial Roofer Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales: Business Development Representative to join our team at Great Lakes Roofing Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating lead flow, managing current accounts, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect leads via initial phone or email contact, averaging 8-10 calls/hour.
- Engage the account and prepare them for a meeting with your Outside Sales partner.
- Manage current accounts by staying in close contact with existing accounts to foster brand trust, serve on-going needs, and generate referrals.
- Provide customer support by answering incoming calls and emails, identifying any issues and making suggestions for future solutions.
- Uncapped Commission
