Lead a High-Performing Inside Sales Team

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and success in our rapidly expanding digital insurance agency. As VP of Sales, you will lead a team of 100+ inside sales representatives and managers, developing them into leaders and guiding leaders into management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, promote, and retain a high-performing inside sales team
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance
  • Forecast sales performance and manage department P&L

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in building, leading, promoting, and retaining an inside sales team
  • Strategic and dynamic thinking, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Experience creating and tracking KPIs, forecasting sales performance, and managing department P&L
  • Insurance industry experience a plus

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per year, plus exceptional benefits and a dynamic work environment.
