Business Development Manager

NUCKOLLS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and report on team performance.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
