Job Title: Territory Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Leader to join our team at Davisulmer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in the Hudson Valley Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site surveys to determine customer needs and develop strategic pricing approaches.
  • Prepare effective proposals that offer solutions to customers and support W&M initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support established sales.
  • Build and maintain caring and enduring customer relationships through communication and creative marketing.
  • Consistently evaluate and improve sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Business development experience with a focus on self-generating leads.
  • Sales experience related to the fire protection field and/or building services & maintenance contracts a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • A valid driver's license.
