Office Coordinator / Customer Service Representative with bilingual capabilities.
Position Overview:
- Engage with international clients across North America, Central America, and South America.
- Process orders through phone and email communications.
- Monitor inventory levels utilizing an ERP system (IQMS software).
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email.
- Interact with clients to identify their needs, address concerns, and provide additional information as necessary.
- Articulate product and service features effectively.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Entry-level position.
- Bilingual proficiency required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
This position may lead to temporary or permanent placement.
Standard working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Compensation ranges from $40,000.00 to $45,000.00, depending on experience.
