We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Director - Acumatica to join our growing Digital Team, who will play a key role in driving expansion in our Acumatica practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Manage a database of prospective clients, nurture relationships, and follow up with all prospects. Collaborate with senior sales personnel on opportunities throughout the sales process. Identify, contact, and qualify leads, and continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline and opportunities.
  • Business Planning: Provide strategic business planning to enable CLA family members who are industry leaders, service leaders, and/or geographic leaders.
  • Digital Transformation: Work with the Digital Transformation leadership team to identify ways to grow in industry and/or geographic markets. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Digital Transformation Solutions and industry trends.
  • Skills Transfer: Effect skills transfer for key sales personnel within each practice area.
  • Training and Development: Organize training to educate, motivate, and activate sales through the use of firm-wide technology solutions.
  • Growth Performance: Identify issues, build and execute plans to improve growth performance within a service line.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve mutually agreed-upon sales goals.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Assist in vendor relationship management.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of growth metrics and software sales cycles.
  • Team leadership and talent development experience.
  • Sales management experience.
  • Able to travel more than 25%.
