Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive, depart, and accommodate in-house guests, as well as handle telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
  • Register guests, issue room keys, and provide directions.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes for guests.
  • Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  • Manage room availability and guest accounts.
  • Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
  • Make, confirm, and cancel reservations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service industry is required.
