Midas Hospitality is a leading hospitality company with a strong commitment to people-first culture. We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive, depart, and accommodate in-house guests, as well as handle telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide directions.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes for guests.
- Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Manage room availability and guest accounts.
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
- Make, confirm, and cancel reservations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
- Experience in a customer service industry is required.
