About the Role

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions, including credit and non-credit products
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial services and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
