Job Overview

ProService Hawaii is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our strategic HR products and services. This role requires a sales professional with a deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to relationship building and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Articulate ProService Hawaii's value proposition effectively and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
  • Manage complex sales processes and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment with experience canvassing and cold calling local businesses.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with ability to sell at all decision-making levels.
  • Tenacity, resilience, and passion to achieve results, and the need to win.
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to create favorable first impressions.
  • Able to establish trust and credibility, both internally and externally, with a strong code of ethics and values.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 annualized, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Additional compensation incentives in the form of performance-based commissions/bonuses.

This is an alternate hours position located in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, HI. Occasional attendance to networking and prospecting events is required and often these events are outside the hours of 8-5.
