Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Office Administrator to support our team's success. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
