Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and innovative individual to support our contracting team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a deadline-driven environment, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with bidding by retrieving bid documents, preparing bids, and monitoring addenda.
  • Prepare subcontracts by pulling associated documents from contracts, following up with subcontractors, and submitting subcontractors for approval.
  • Prepare all invoicing for our commercial division, distribute, and follow up on payment.
  • Assist with preparation of proposals and quotes.
  • Assist with subcontractor payment schedules.
  • Prepare job field documentation required for Superintendents.
  • Create digital and physical job files.
  • Maintain daily logs for various project functions.
  • Assist the team with daily assignments if needed.
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital files.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness and ability to follow direction and procedure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new systems as needed.
