Job Summary

The Student Scheduling Coordinator II plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire student scheduling process at CoxHealth. This involves effective communication, planning, analysis, and collaboration with various health care related educational programs and departments. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to grow clinical programs by working with CoxHealth departments to collect and analyze data, providing prioritization of student placement. Additionally, this role entails evaluating department effectiveness and efficiency, using this information to develop quality improvement action plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement student scheduling processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with educational programs and CoxHealth departments to ensure effective student placement
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Evaluate department effectiveness and efficiency, developing quality improvement action plans
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure successful collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 8 years' experience
  • Previous project management experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
