Sales and Marketing Director

About the Role
The Business Developer will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in Prince George's County. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM systems, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads and customer interactions
Requirements and Qualifications
- Sales experience in industries closely related to Property Managers or Commercial Real Estate Development/Management, minimum of two (2) years' experience
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to utilize them effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $65,000+ (based on experience), plus commission plan paid monthly
