Job Description:
Slice Merchant Services, a leading national credit card processing company, is seeking a driven and ambitious Inside Sales Manager to manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives. This role offers the opportunity to work with a comprehensive package of products and services that deliver innovative payment processing solutions to merchants.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of B2B cold calling, networking, and closing experience, as well as excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills. Strong work ethic, drive to succeed, and proven outside or inside sales experience are also essential. In this role, you will present our most popular and cutting-edge Dual Pricing Program to merchants, eliminating their current credit/debit card processing fees and offering substantial savings.

Your responsibilities will include supporting and managing a team of up to 20 Outside Sales Representatives nationwide, daily communication with your team about their day-to-day activity, pipeline management, and developing strong business relationships with sales representatives on your team. You will collaborate with your Sales Rep to prepare and present competitive sales proposals and work closely with the Director of Sales.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Slice Merchant Services offers a robust compensation package with uncapped earning potential, W2 salary paid weekly, aggressive commissions, large daily/weekly/monthly bonuses, profit sharing, and more.
