About the Role

We are seeking a Provisioning Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Provisioning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, including Jira, CRM, and other Windcave systems. You will work closely with our Sales team to action account requests, maintain accurate data, and provide exceptional customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in a technical role with a growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies, including payment terminals, e-commerce solutions, and retail systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Action account requests from the Sales team for Windcave terminal products, ensuring a high standard of work ethic and professionalism.
  • Fault analysis of terminals, following internal SLA documentation.
  • Provide further assistance as required by the Team Leader to ensure a smooth operation of the Activations Team.
  • General: Keep Jira, CRM, and other Windcave systems up to date with accurate data, maintaining a high level of attention to detail when setting up accounts.
About You
  • Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
  • Similar experience in a technical role or a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to understand core concepts of technology hardware logistics.
  • Strong communication skills and a keen sensitivity to customer needs.
