Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Aleron. The ideal candidate will have previous technical experience in networking and printing environments, as well as a working knowledge of basic PC hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

Work with customer IT departments to add copier devices to their networks for scanning
Add print drivers to customer networks
Set up customer email
Create accounting codes
Create file pathways for scanning to network locations

Requirements

Previous technical experience in networking and printing environments
Working knowledge of basic PC hardware and software
Network devices (hubs, switches, routers)

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with diverse customer populations
Ability to take responsibility for and ensure customer satisfaction
Professional problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to project schedule needs to achieve on-time project completion
Ability to handle change under pressure
Creative and strong negotiation skills
Competency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision
Ability to make major contributions to teams and in a team environment
Excellent presentation skills
