Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a TAM, you will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and design tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business objectives.
- Design and implement custom solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Account Management or similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong technical background with experience in cybersecurity requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
