Role Summary
We are in search of a full-time Inside Sales Representative to enhance our vibrant team. This position is essential for converting incoming inquiries into viable business prospects while ensuring outstanding client interactions. The role is available in our Virginia Beach office or can be performed remotely. As the initial contact for potential clients, you will significantly influence their first impressions of our firm. We are looking for a driven and competitive individual who thrives in a dynamic sales atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through proactive engagement with incoming leads via phone and follow-up correspondence.
  • Utilize active listening and effective questioning techniques to empathize with and understand client requirements.
  • Achieve and surpass sales closure objectives on a quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales pipelines and facilitate successful deal closures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in inside sales.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong telephone communication skills, capable of handling a high volume of calls daily.
  • Proficient in standard office software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong active listening and presentation skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Some college education is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually
