Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
Customer Focus
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention.

- Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Inside Sales Experience & Skills
A minimum of three to five years of customer service, professional account management, and/or industrial sales experience is required.
