Role Overview

As a key member of the Devon Mack State Farm Agency team, you will play a vital role in identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to build long-lasting customer relationships. Your expertise in insurance products and industry trends will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue sales leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Work closely with the agency's team to foster successful, long-lasting customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • A Property & Casualty license.
