Enterprise Sales Professional

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Chemtek. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing our Enterprise level Account Base through sales, technical support, and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement and Outreach: Respond promptly to inbound leads and initiate outbound calls to introduce potential clients to PavePro products.
- Customer Success Management: Ensure the success of clients by providing guidance on product selection and offering consistent follow-up support regarding product usage and application.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, showing genuine interest in their needs and challenges.
- Order Closing: Effectively close orders generated from inbound leads through direct sales efforts, maximizing conversion rates and revenue.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven industrial sales experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong mechanical skills and a knack for technical details to explain the benefits of PavePros Asphalt Production Solutions clearly to clients.
- Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software, with hands-on experience managing customer data, pipelines, and sales activities.
- Excellent presentation skills, ability to ask questions, identify with the prospect or customer as a consultant and business partner to solve problems, coupled with the ability to generate market-based pricing quotes tailored to meet client needs.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $56,600 - $76,000, with opportunities for commission and bonus based on performance.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, expense reimbursement for family, paid time off, and 401K with company contribution.
- The opportunity to work from home 1 day and in the office 4 days, with some overnight travel required.
