Job Title: Enterprise Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Tellabs Access LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified integrator partners and joint enterprise customer opportunities.

The primary goal of this role is to take the sale of Passive Optical LAN through the entire sales cycle to completion. This high-energy, dynamic individual will build new partnerships and maintain existing integrator channel partners, constantly building excitement and momentum to meet and exceed Optical LAN revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed bookings and revenue quota by achieving quarterly and annual targets
  • Leverage existing network of enterprise contacts to develop short- and long-term pipeline of net new opportunities
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities in NetSuite
  • Provide regular updates to management on pipeline activity, bookings, and revenue

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 or more years in channel sales/marketing and program management in Enterprise IT market segments with a proven track record of success

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on location and performance.
