ENT Sales Representative

As an ENT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Medtronic Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals, physicians, and other approved customers within your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to attain established quotas and sales objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses, and other key purchase influencers to demonstrate, in-service, and sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies capital and disposable products.
- Executing Sales Action Plans, which may require the use of your vehicle and transportation of heavy pieces of inventory.
- Planning, strategizing, and executing sales calls to all relevant hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and doctors' offices in your territory.
- Attending meetings and courses inside and outside your territory.
- Providing support and service to clinical personnel as it relates to the products in a surgical environment.
- Maintaining company-owned property and inventory in good working condition.
- Reporting competitive activity within your territory to the Region Manager and maintaining all records and reports as requested in a timely fashion.

Physical Job Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile. Required to interact with a computer for extended periods and communicate with peers and co-workers. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to adjust focus. This position is based out of the Representative's residence where physical effort is minimal; must be able to carry products. Approximately 50% overnight travel will be required via reps driving throughout territory; air travel when required. Requires the incumbent to maintain and transport demonstration equipment to customers' premises as required. 30% physical handling of this equipment is therefore integral to the position. Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application. Must be able to drive approximately 75% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
