Acquisition Performance Lead

We're seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager, Paid Search to join our team. As a key member of our acquisition team, you'll be responsible for refining and scaling our paid search program. You'll work closely with our Head of Paid Media to develop strategies that drive significant and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Refine and scale our paid search program
Develop and implement strategies that drive significant and sustainable growth
Collaborate with internal teams to launch high-performing campaigns
Analyze performance metrics and proactively communicate insights across departments
Requirements
4+ years of experience in search marketing
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Data-guided decision-making and flexibility to adapt to new information
