Job Summary

Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oncology Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists, educating them on the appropriate use of our products, and building strong relationships with key customers.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare providers and specialists
  • Provide educational support to customers on our products and their uses
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 4 years of previous pharmaceutical sales experience or 4 years of previous oncology healthcare professional experience
  • Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
  • Exceptional aptitude for learning and ability to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a wide range of customers
  • Demonstrated high degree of business acumen
  • Proficiency using complex digital applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of oncology sales experience
  • Master's degree
  • Advanced healthcare professional degree
  • Experience calling on institutions, NCI centers, and key opinion leaders

Pfizer offers a comprehensive and generous benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid vacation, holiday, and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits, including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.

We also offer a competitive salary range of $96,700 to $217,000, with the potential for additional quarterly sales incentive bonuses.
