The Senior Client Account Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing for one of our major clients. This involves submitting a large volume of e-bills through platforms like BillBlast and other e-billing vendors.
This position requires creating e-files in LEDES format, troubleshooting billing issues, and collaborating with the billing team to resolve rejected invoices. Additional duties include opening and monitoring new matters on vendor sites, submitting timekeeper data, budgets, and accrual information, and assisting the billing and collections teams with client deductions.
The specialist is responsible for verifying rate arrangements with the Pricing Department and following up on outstanding e-bills to aid in collections. A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of legal e-billing experience are required, with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and familiarity with Aderant preferred.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. The position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring approximately six days per month in the office. The salary range is $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, education, and location.
