Job Overview

Position Summary
TD International (TDI) is seeking a Monitoring Analyst to contribute to our Due Diligence and Investigations (DD&I) practice. This role is essential in supporting the creation of client deliverables, focusing on sophisticated investigations that leverage both open-source and human intelligence to inform critical business decisions and manage risk effectively.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in conducting thorough investigative research and analysis, utilizing a variety of resources to identify and report on relevant regulatory and reputational issues concerning clients' third-party relationships. This position is particularly suited for individuals at the early stages of their careers who possess a keen interest in compliance, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor global media channels, employing diverse open-source and proprietary data to gather comprehensive coverage across print, digital, television, radio, and social media.
  • Generate concise, client-ready reports and information sources.
  • Effectively manage multiple client-specific requests with competing timelines.
  • Conduct in-depth research on entities and individuals of interest.
  • Handle sensitive information, including personally identifiable information (PII), in compliance with established Information Management System policies, and promptly report any potential security incidents.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, including internships, specifically in open-source research, client deliverables, or data analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, criminology, regional studies, business, or a related field.
  • Professional fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Experience with web scraping tools or coding is beneficial.
