Role Responsibilities:
We are in search of a Policy Project Analyst (Finance and Regulatory) to enhance Censeo's initiatives aimed at centralizing and optimizing support capabilities at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and addressing customer inquiries in a systematic and timely manner.
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Efficiently investigating and resolving regulatory compliance challenges, minimizing operational disruptions while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Exhibiting strong customer service orientation, exceptional conflict resolution, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Following up on completed tasks to guarantee user satisfaction and acceptance.
  • Monitoring progress against all related activities and performance metrics.
  • Engaging in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the project team and across the agency.
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple competing tasks to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Junior: 0-4 years of experience with Federal or private sector clients.
  • Mid-Level: 4+ years of experience with Federal or private sector clients.
  • A BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams/Outlook/PowerPoint).
  • Experience in project support and customer issue triaging.
  • Background in a helpdesk environment, including at least one year of Salesforce support (preferred).
  • Experience working in or with a financial institution (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the regulatory sector (preferred).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Robust analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative spirit to work with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators and business stakeholders, to resolve complex issues.
  • Adeptness in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
  • Strong time management skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Critical thinking abilities to align tasks while mitigating challenges, achieving overall organizational objectives.
  • Capacity to establish a high degree of trust with clients.
