Position Overview:

  • Resolving customer issues and identifying new support opportunities
  • Adapting sales approaches to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer

  • Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events
  • Performing other assigned job-related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a State Sales Permit
  • Proficiency in using our company's technology and systems
  • Experience in building customer presentations and product proposals
  • Proficiency in using mobile devices and online communication tools
  • Consistent results in challenging situations and a strong work ethic
  • Taking ownership of actions and results, and being accountable for performance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and openness to change, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Team player with a strong drive for results and a customer-centric approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Valid driver's license required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel as required

Physical Demands:

  • Sitting and typing for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking
  • Engaging in light physical activity, including bending, reaching, and standing
  • Driving for segments up to 2 hours, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 56lbs
