Personal Banker and Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Sales and Service Associate. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, and lobby engagement.
- Financial Solutions: Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate financial solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Risk Management: Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Managing Risk: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Accountability: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer relationships and drive results.
- Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop effective solutions.
