KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in a comprehensive B2B Sales Training Program that emphasizes a relationship-driven, client-focused sales methodology.
  • After completing training, spend the majority of your time engaging with customer decision-makers to establish partnerships, develop pipeline opportunities, and secure mutually beneficial engagements.
  • Utilize a solution-oriented sales strategy, which includes a Relationship Lifecycle framework, a structured sales playbook, and measurable activity-based objectives.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities within 3-5 designated target accounts.
  • Develop and maintain enduring relationships with both new and existing clients through onsite meetings, presentations, and social outings.
  • Collaborate with clients to devise solutions that facilitate positive changes and successful project outcomes within their organizations.
  • Advocate for clients, focusing on enhancing the experience of our targeted accounts.
  • Present solutions to C-suite executives and support their project roadmaps.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Set personal and team objectives through regular strategy sessions with your manager and sales support team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Company or typical for the role.

TRAINING PROGRAM

  • Engage in a multi-stage sales training program that covers organizational, IT industry, and foundational sales principles.
  • The Sales Readiness program provides essential knowledge of our sales playbook, core competencies, and key selling techniques.
  • Participate in role-playing exercises and ride-alongs with experienced account executives.
  • Establish your client portfolio and cultivate executive-level relationships.
  • Experience in-person training at our Headquarters to apply knowledge practically.
  • Receive ongoing education as you advance in your sales career.
  • Training is led by Brooksource's President and top sales leaders.
