Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison for designated clients
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client objectives and requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver staffing solutions that align with client needs
  • Identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling staffing services
  • Monitor and assess client performance and satisfaction
  • Provide clients with regular updates and reports regarding their accounts
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in account management or sales
