The Client Relationship Manager is essential in representing the organization to existing financial institution clients. By comprehensively understanding each client's unique requirements, they direct them towards the most appropriate products or services. Effectively managing client expectations is crucial; when challenges arise, swift resolution is necessary to ensure ongoing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Builds robust relationships with key stakeholders in designated customer accounts
- Aligns company resources to achieve account performance goals
- Regularly evaluates and confirms customer needs
- Guides solution development initiatives
- Delivers comprehensive reporting on fraud prevention strategies for clients
- Undertakes other assigned responsibilities
Essential Education, Experience, and Skills:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in fraud prevention related to debit/credit cards within financial institutions is required. Expertise in investigating fraud incidents, recognizing emerging trends, and formulating mitigation strategies is vital. While a college degree is preferred, relevant practical experience is highly valued. Background in customer service, sales, and project management is also advantageous.
Required Competencies:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Strong planning capabilities
Travel Requirements:
This position entails some travel, estimated at 25% or less.
On-Call Duties:
Participation in after-hours on-call rotation, limited to 1 day every few days, with no consecutive on-call days.
