Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Administrative Assistant III to join our team at the College of DuPage. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the center, including registration, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Process e-permits, withdrawals, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and community patrons regarding center information and policies.
  • Provide referrals to other College of DuPage services and individuals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including student enrollment and course information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; some college coursework and customer service training preferred.
  • One year of customer service experience required; experience in higher education preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of Windows, MSOffice, and keyboard skills required.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position with a varied schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
