College of DuPage is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Counseling, Advising and Transfer Services Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to student success and excellent leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the Counseling, Advising and Transfer Services Center.
  • Supervise and train support staff to ensure outstanding customer service to students.
  • Provide administrative support for online advising functions and handle student complaints.
  • Assist with the Advising programming, including scheduling appointments and coordinating materials.
  • Maintain supplies, materials and equipment in the Counseling, Advising and Transfer center.

Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Experience in a supervisory position and proven leadership ability required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and creative problem-solving skills required.

Working Conditions:
  • Busy office setting with high volume of customer contact.
  • This position requires a background check.
