Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Counseling, Advising and Transfer Services Center.
- Supervise and train support staff to ensure outstanding customer service to students.
- Provide administrative support for online advising functions and handle student complaints.
- Assist with the Advising programming, including scheduling appointments and coordinating materials.
- Maintain supplies, materials and equipment in the Counseling, Advising and Transfer center.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience in a supervisory position and proven leadership ability required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and creative problem-solving skills required.
