About the Role

Caring Network is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bilingual Pregnancy Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of women and men facing unexpected pregnancies.

As a Bilingual Pregnancy Consultant, you will provide pregnancy peer counseling and support services to clients, answering hotline calls and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client files, updating center statistics, and performing administrative duties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing pregnancy peer counseling and support services to clients
  • Answering hotline calls and scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining accurate client files and updating center statistics
  • Performing administrative duties and maintaining the basic functions of the office
  • Acting as a receptionist, welcoming clients and visitors
  • Assisting in training new pregnancy consultants
  • Maintaining mindfulness of and contributing towards ministry goals

Candidate Requirements:

  • A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
  • Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion
  • Agrees with and is willing to uphold Caring Network's Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values
  • Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network
  • Adheres to clinic policies and procedures
  • Ability to share the Gospel and answer questions in alignment with the Bible
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills
