We are seeking a highly motivated Business Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium sized businesses within a specified territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle model, with 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium sized businesses
  • Meet and exceed performance standards as defined by the department Standards of Performance (SOP) and the Spectrum Way Sales Model
  • Develop and implement a Territory Plan to expand the customer base within the assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using Salesforce.com

Required Qualifications:

  • Outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle model
  • Business-to-business sales experience preferred
  • Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Salary Range: $47,800 - $94,900 per year, plus commission earnings target starting at $54,000.
