Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis and Underwriting: Perform timely financial analysis and underwriting for renewals, annual reviews, and modifications, ensuring compliance with IDB Bank's credit policies and risk profile.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Proactively monitor the portfolio for indicators of stress or risk, such as failed covenants, downward financial statement trends, payment schedule interruptions, and collateral devaluation.
- Risk Management: Identify and inform Risk Managers of any issues with credit or portfolio risk, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
- Cross-Sell and Referral Opportunities: Identify and inform Risk Managers of cross-sell, referral, and credit expansion opportunities, driving business growth and revenue.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure thorough and on-time collection of financial statements, rent rolls, and other required reporting requirements, allowing for timely completion of End of Month (EOM) reports.
- Client Service: Support Risk Managers in providing top client service, including direct contact with clients and prospects, in-line with IDB Bank's expected high standards.
- Accommodations and Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all client matters, including accommodations for employees with disabilities, pregnancy, or other protected categories.
- Commercial Real Estate Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial loan portfolio management, underwriting, or a related area, with a strong understanding of commercial real estate credit facilities.
- Credit and Organizational Skills: Strong credit and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with Risk Managers, Account Officers, and Group Managers.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with relevant certifications or training in commercial real estate, credit analysis, or a related field.
