As a Portfolio Manager, you will support the commercial management of power plant and battery storage assets owned and operated by DGC. You will work closely with the Director, Portfolio & Asset Management, and other teams to ensure the successful operation of these assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and reconciliation of monthly invoices to counterparties.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, proforma, presentations, and monthly asset manager reports.
  • Support the oversight and compliance of all projects permits and licenses.
  • Update and monitor existing and new Resource Adequacy agreements, Power Purchase Agreement, Gas Purchase agreements, Insurance, Energy Management Agreement, and others.
  • Support the control of projects finance/credit agreements documents and obligations.
  • Assist in analyzing financial impacts of plant operational issues.
  • Review merchant power plant asset data and update monthly earnings projection.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, science, finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PPT, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in managing complex financial models using Excel.
  • Familiarity with project documents of operating assets/project companies.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter and proactive in making continuous improvements with motivation to learn.
  • Experience within the electric power generation industry, including asset management or operations roles, is preferable.

Salary Range: $136,000 - $150,253 (May vary depending on knowledge, skills, and experience)
