We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Vaco. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing, with a strong background in payroll software and international payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Process multi-state payroll on a bi-weekly basis for US employees via UltiPro
Record journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation
Review and update international information to vendors
Enter all data entry for payroll processing or reporting needs
Reconcile nonexempt timecards in UltiPro Time and attendance module
Requirements:
3-5 years of payroll experience, full-cycle payroll processing
Large payroll software experience (Peoplesoft, Ceridian, UKG etc.)
Team oriented and collaborative attitude
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Payroll accounting experience (journal entries, PTO accruals)
International payroll experience
