This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from our headquarters or designated office locations for part of the week while offering remote work flexibility on other days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute testing initiatives and product enhancements.
- Generate actionable insights and establish KPIs to evaluate success.
- Assess performance against key metrics that align with overarching business objectives.
- Translate data into actionable insights to enhance existing experiences or create new ones that support broader business goals.
- Oversee the development of user-focused features and processes to streamline customer interactions and add value to the business.
- Act as a site owner, utilizing data and a comprehensive understanding of user needs to identify optimization opportunities, troubleshoot functionality, and collaborate with teams to develop solutions that enhance site performance.
- Work closely with Engineering and Creative teams to define features and create a roadmap for site experience enhancements.
- Effectively communicate timelines, objectives, and performance metrics to diverse stakeholders, including engineers, content creators, digital designers, fellow analysts, and senior management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Operations Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis to derive strategic insights. Experience in top consulting firms is advantageous.
- Proficient in SQL, BigQuery, or DataGrip; capable of integrating data from various relational databases.
- Ability to work independently and execute tasks with a high level of autonomy.
- Proven capability to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar segmentation platforms; skilled in segmenting data and analyzing performance across different user groups.
- Experience in Media Optimization and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong accountability and ability to collaborate across functional teams to prioritize tasks, foresee challenges, and address issues proactively.
- Demonstrated initiative to advance projects independently, seek clarification when necessary, and utilize available resources effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about understanding customer behavior and enhancing the quality of interactions.
