Job Summary:

Radians, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling high-quality personal protective equipment to distributors, partners, and assigned customers in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to generate new business from new and existing customers in assigned channels
  • Answer inbound customer calls, assist, and/or direct them to the appropriate sales representative
  • Assist in managing the sales process of entering orders, providing pricing, order tracking, and complaint resolution
  • Heavy call and email volume

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a phone sales environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent phone skills and etiquette
  • Assertive and experienced in conflict resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Prophet 21 is a plus
  • Proficiency with a customer record manager like Salesforce or Tour de Force
  • Territory/account management skills
  • Willingness to travel 4-5 times annually
