Senior Manager, London Office

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our London office as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and developing our presence in the London market, implementing strategies for consistent delivery across projects and markets, and providing guidance to our London team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the London market.
- Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the organization.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and budget estimates, and coordinate with other Engineering disciplines, architects, and planners on multidisciplinary projects.
