Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Provide expert knowledge of vehicle features and benefits to customers
  • Suggest and sell optional equipment and accessories to customers
  • Process sales transactions and complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration
  • Research and stay up-to-date on vehicle availability and market trends
  • Participate in business development and sales training programs
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive sales experience and knowledge of vehicle features and benefits
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to sales goals
Work Environment

The Automotive Sales Representative will work in a fast-paced sales environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. The position requires regular attendance and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
