Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Provide expert knowledge of vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Work with customers to determine the best vehicle solution for their needs
  • Complete sales transactions, including paperwork and financing arrangements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive sales experience and knowledge of vehicle features and benefits
  • Experience with sales software and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to sales goals
