Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with our executive team to drive organizational change and ensure that our HR programs and policies are effective in supporting our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Collaborate with our executive team to drive organizational change and improve business performance
  • Develop and implement HR programs and policies that support our business goals
  • Provide guidance and support to our employees on HR-related matters
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Develop and implement succession planning and talent development programs
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners
